Shipping Policy

At TR Joules, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders placed on our store are subject to the processing and delivery timelines outlined below.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All domestic orders within the country are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and logistics details.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location and regional logistics schedules.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, peak festive seasons, or courier delays beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel is dispatched, you can track its progress in real-time using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking link.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure that all billing and delivery information is accurate before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at trjoules@gmail.com. Address changes can only be accommodated prior to order dispatch.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment is lost in transit, please inspect the shipment and contact our support team immediately. We will work closely with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue for you promptly.
