We accept returns for unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Pieces must be in the same condition they were received.

3. Exchange Policy
If you’d prefer to exchange rather than return, we’re happy to help.
Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and eligibility rules.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within
3-7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Our team will resolve it quickly.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
